BRADRA LLC (Wyoming, USA) is responsible for processing data collected via its SaaS (Software as a Service) solution.
2. TYPES OF DATA COLLECTED
We collect data according to two categories of users:
A. Participant Data (Players):
* Identity and Contact: Email, phone, last name, first name.
* Proof of actions: Public social IDs (for follow/review verification).
* Technical data: IP, logs.
B. Client Data (Merchants):
* Account information: Company name, address, manager's name, professional email.
* Billing data: Payment history (processed via a secure provider like Stripe).
* Campaign data: Game settings, prize descriptions, uploaded images.
3. USE OF DATA
* For Participants: Game management, validation of winnings, marketing (if consented).
* For Merchants: Account creation, billing, generation of game interfaces, technical support, and customer relations.
4. DATA SHARING
* Participant data is shared with the organizing Merchant.
* Merchant data is shared with our subcontractors (Vercel Hosting, Payment, Emailing).
5. TRANSFER OUTSIDE EU
Since BRADRA LLC is a US company, all data (B2C and B2B) is transferred to the United States.
